Insomnia

Almost everyone experiences insomnia at some point in their lives, particularly during anxious and stressful times. Some people suffer from insomnia and abnormal sleep patterns even when there seems no apparent reason. In many cases, anxiety about an inability to sleep makes the problem worse and causes the sufferer's sleeplessness to worsen over time. Hypnotherapy is ideally suited to fixing insomnia. The trance state induced in hypnosis is very similar to the state a person reaches just before sleep and allows a resetting of the sufferers bodyclock aiding a return to a natural sleep pattern without the use of medication.
